Are you insured and WCB covered?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and are covered by WCB Alberta. We'll send our certificate of insurance and a current WCB clearance letter before work starts, and can name you as an additional insured.
How will I know what's happening on my project?
We document the whole way through: photos and a written scope before we start, progress photos and updates while we work, change orders in writing, and a closeout package when we finish.
Do you work directly with insurance adjusters?
Yes. For flood and water damage we provide the scope, photos and moisture readings your adjuster needs, and keep them updated through the rebuild.
Do you take on smaller jobs?
Yes. Along with larger projects, we handle maintenance, repairs and suite turnovers for property managers and owners.
